Which is your favorite email account? And Why? Suggest the order of preference.?

1. Gmail

2. AOL

3. Yahoo

4. Hotmail

5. Any other

Also, which is your favorite Instant Messaging service:

1. Yahoo Messenger

2. Skype

3. AIM

4. Google talk

5. MSN

6 Any other

My order of preference is as above. Well each email account has its own advantages. e.g. AOL comes with 5 GB online free file storage, Gmail has a feature that enables you to view different emails from the same person that saves eye strain. Yahoo is a little backward, but you need the account for its myriad services like web site hosting, Yahoo Answers of course. MSN and Hotmail purely sucks.

I want to know more individual opinions. Thanks.

1. Yahoo 2. Gmail 3. Aol 4. Hotmail 5. Any other

I personally use yahoo cause it%26#039;s user friendly and i like the format, gmail is cool cause it can let you chat w/ friends when they are on right away, don%26#039;t like 3/4 because they aren%26#039;t very user friendly in my opinion, and i hate thier layout, and i don%26#039;t really know any other ones besides that.

1. MSN 2. AIM 3. Yahoo Messenger 4. Google Talk 5. Skype 6. Any other

The first 2 are great because they are the most common and so pretty much anyone who chats has one of them, 3/4 are ok but not to many ppl use it compared to the first 2, never heard of skype and i personally wouldn%26#039;t really trust any other ones cause they are small names. I use trillionater (sp?) personally cause i can use it to access all my aim and msn accounts.

yeah, so that%26#039;s about it

yahoo mail and yahoo messenger

Other Replys:I%26#039;d put my precedence order thus:

1. Yahoo! : Cool extras in addition to a huge 1GB space and a nice spam filter as well.

2. GMail: Huge 2GB storage, No Ads!, Cool searching options and unique concepts like labels and stars.

I don%26#039;t very much like the others... they%26#039;re all the same. And with messaging its the opposite:

1. Google Talk: Allows you to login even without special messaging software... ideal for colleges and offices.

2. Y! Messenger: Again for the cool features and neat interface as well as the Messenger to Cellphone chat feature.

Other Replys:Hi!!

I use both Gmail and Yahoo, and I must confess that as an email account, Gmail is much better than yahoo (even though on some computers or in certain networks, gmail takes faaaar more time to be uploaded than yahoo mail does). Both are great as far as automatic updating is concerned. My brother uses Hotmail but personally i don%26#039;t like it much. dunno aol. I would say

1. gmail

2. yahoo mail

3. hotmail

IM service:

1. yahoo messenger

1. skype, ex aequo

... and way behind...

3. MSN

4. google talk, which could really be improved... now that%26#039;s my view
