Why,after assurance by 'Omar"of Yahoo Customer Support that i ignore the suspension notice

i had been travelling overseas and checking my email i found a notice from yaho billing that my web site hosting and email would be suspended as an amount of $8.95 was due.



i replied that i was travelling and requested that yahoo either accept payment by paypal , which i had accesss to , or alternatively await my return as my credit cards had been lost and i had to get back home to fix this .



i received an email from customer support, which read as follows %26quot; Hello Samuel, Thank you for writing back to Yahoo! Customer Support.



First of all, please accept our sincerest apology for any confusion



this notice may have caused you. Please be confident that the



payment can be done until the next billing date in order to avoid account cancellation.You may now disregard the notification that you have received. Samuel, always remember that you have the option to view your billing history online by visiting: http://billing.yahoo.com



AND THEN I WAS SUSPENDED(NEXT BILLING DATE IS MAY 20,2006

Did you contact them and ask them why after speaking with you did you cancel my account anyways? %26quot;IF%26quot; they did and said they wouldn%26#039;t especially only owing them less then 9.00 I%26#039;d tell them to shove there account up there #@% and change providers!! Most providers come with yahoo for free anyways so you%26#039;ll still have access to yahoo just use a different name.
