The easiest thing to do is use something like joomla(see link). You can quickly do whatever you want with it. It is free as well.
I use hosting metro for some things. They are quite reasonable.

just dont
Other Replys:www.freewebs.com
The domain name costs extra on all web hosting sites. This site is very cheap (free if you don%26#039;t want premium service gimmicks) and VERY good for beginners or advanced webmasters.
Other Replys:try geocities in yahoo.
Other Replys:I use total choice hosting, it%26#039;s cheap and reliable. I got my domain name from dotster, there are cheaper ones around, but dotster is not very expensive, I think I pay about 50-60 a year for hosting, and about 15 for the domain name. Pretty cheap!
Your local community college might have classes that will help you learn Dreamweaver. It really does make it easy to get your pages done, I use it.
Other Replys:Go with bravenet.com. It%26#039;s free for limited storage and still cheep for a ton.
Other Replys:Use templates from websites, I like yahoo service, it seems cheaper and reliable vs. their good services. I switched my website from Freeservers to Yahoo. however, I don%26#039;t use templates, because I%26#039;m learning Web programming, it%26#039;s a good thing, though little time consuming to learn. I started, if you want, learn HTML, and Javascript. use dreamweaver, and flash!! it%26#039;s little long way, but efficient and useful.
Other Replys:You%26#039;ll need to register a domain name. You can do that for less than $10 at GoDaddy. As for hosting, there are many budget hosting companies out there. It should run you about $10-20 per month for hosting. Make sure you do some research before signing up. Do a search of the %26quot;hosting company name%26quot; + %26quot;review%26quot; to see what others say about them.
Things to consider when deciding your hosting company include server uptime, availability of support, how much bandwidth you need per month, disk space, email accounts, whether you need a database such as mySQL, installed scripts, etc.
You can create your website with Dreamweaver or if you are inclined to learn CSS, you can code it using any text editor (e.g. Notepad - it%26#039;s free).
Other Replys:Try www.hostbreak.com. They design and host website for remarkably low price.
