Well, I am not too sure about ISP%26#039;s, I always use a web hosting company for hosting web sites. My favorite is HostNed http://www.hostned.com . Their prices are super low and they never let me down.

You need the following to get started:

1) Domain Name

2) Web Hosting

3) Design (site content)
